On this website you will find several resources like the DISC assessment and a Spiritual Gift assessment that I have developed over the years. They both are free, simply give credit when you use them. They are psychometrically sound and tested. There are a large number of other resources, videos and tools on the other three websites listed above.

Eventually, I will try to organize everything under one umbrella, but that will have to wait for another day.
